What makes it great: I don’t often feature units in Penn Quarter because the area is so pricey. Also, many of the buildings are new and lack the historic charm I love. However, a deal is a deal. If you want to be downtown, this is the way to do it. This unit is technically a one bedroom with a den but it could work for roommates, as long as you are ok sacrificing some space. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is a small balcony, which adds to your living space. There is a washer and dryer in unit. This is an upscale building with tons of amenities.
Why you should think twice: Again this is not a true two bedroom. Roommates will need to share a bathroom. No pets.
