What makes it great: This listing has some contradictions but I don’t think this is a scam. The listing mentions open house dates so the landlord can’t be hiding too much. First of all, I have no idea where the stairs go. The stairs make me think that this is a basement unit but then the ad mentions a skylight in the kitchen. The ad promises granite countertops but none are pictured. There is a washer and dryer in unit. Two bedrooms and one and a half baths make this an easy place to share.
