What makes it great: Don’t expect a lot of bells and whistles. This super affordable studio has some drawbacks but the great price is undeniable. I really love the layout. The kitchen is small but separate from the living/sleeping area. The closet is large and can double as a dressing area. Located just north of Adams Morgan, this beautiful older building is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of 18th Street.
Why you should think twice: The unit is on the smaller side and it is carpeted. No central air. There is little information in the ad. You will need to read more here.
