What makes it great: This is one good looking english basement. The reason it gets so much light is because of the glass door. Transparent doors make a huge difference in english basements. The one bedroom has hardwood floors, a working fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and central air. There is a small shared patio. Walk to Union Station and H Street.
Why you should think twice: The unit is not available for a full year. I am not sure but it sounds like you can’t extend the lease. Check with the landlord. No pets.
