What makes it great: I say this apartment is secret because this is such a small and unique building in Adams Morgan. Usually the most publicized properties are large and backed by huge management companies. This is a truly special find. With close to 1000 square feet of living space, a screened-in porch, and a small yard, it would be hard to find something similar in this neighborhood.
Why you should think twice: The kicker is that there is no laundry in the building. There is a laundromat down the street. No pets allowed. Roommates will need to share the bathroom.
