What makes it great: Technically this is a one bedroom with a den, but if you have a roommate and want to cut costs this is a great option. New construction is pricey so you need to get creative to enjoy all of the modern perks. The unit has a very open and modern feel. The apartment building has great amenities like a pool and 24 hour concierge. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The downside is the den situation.
Why you should think twice: The den has a piece of frosted glass on one wall. This looks cool and lets light into the otherwise window-less space. However, this may not be enough privacy for roommates.
