What makes it great: If this deal is too good to be true, I will be devastated. This studio has nice upgrades and unbeatable outdoor space. The apartment appears to have an open floor plan and a modern kitchen. The kitchen has high quality appliances and granite countertops. The selling point is the private deck. It’s hard to believe this place exists for this price in this high demand area.
Why you should think twice: Beware of scams. NEVER send a deposit without seeing the place and meeting the landlord. The fact that they are accepting deposits makes me nervous. However, they are offering an open house, which is a good sign.
