What makes it great: I am treading lightly with this post. The price makes me SO nervous but if this turns out to be legitimate, it is a fantastic deal. For the square footage and location, this is underpriced. However, there are a few things that could justify such a low rent. The kitchen appliances are dated, but really not that bad. The carpet is another factor. Also, the ad says it has been “recently renovated.” Based on the pictures, this reno might not be completely done. See the missing door knob? If the worst case scenario is your have to bring you own door knobs, do it.
