What makes it great: The Craigslist ad describes this downtown two bedroom as, “huge and fabulous.” I would have to agree. Extremely spacious and full of amenities, this place could be worth the splurge. The unit has a nice open floor plan with hardwood floors in the kitchen/dining/living area. The bedrooms are carpeted. This is a corner unit that gets plenty of light. There is a washer dryer, central air, and two walk-in closets. The building has wonderful amenities like a roof top pool with awesome views, a gym, and a 24 hour concierge. To top it all off, the unit comes with a parking spot and is pet friendly. I should also mention the landlord is super responsive and easy to work with.
Why you should think twice: The price is steep but the location, space, and amenities make it worth considering.
