What makes it great: What a deal for a one bedroom! This cozy, lived-in one bedroom has hardwood floors, a clawfoot tub, a private back balcony, and access to a community backyard. I am surprised by how spacious the bedroom is. Apartment is on the second floor of the small apartment building. Cats ok.
Why you should think twice: With this price, there has to be a catch. There isn’t a washer and dryer in the unit or in the building. You will have to walk to a laundromat. The kitchen is dated. No central air.
