What makes it great: I am always excited when there are openings in this building. Each apartment I have seen has beautiful details. This two bedrooms has hardwood floors, a balcony, and high ceilings. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The building also has a gym. Pet friendly!
Why you should think twice: I would consider this more Columbia Heights than Adams Morgan. The upside is that the metro is very close.
