What makes it great: I love reimagined spaces. This two bedroom is in a converted storefront near Lincoln Park. The layout is a little funky but overall the apartment is spacious with 1000 square feet of living space. Both the kitchen and bathroom has been newly remodeled. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. I also love the fenced in grassy area.
Why you should think twice: I wish all the trim was painted white rather than the natural wood.
