What makes it great: This is a fantastic deal for the Hill. It is a great price and the fact that all your utilities are included, makes it even better. It’s only 400 square feet but it looks like it has a little bit of an L-shape, which makes it livable. Cats ok.
Why you should think twice: The description is short which makes me worry about scams. However, this is pretty affordable condo building so the price may be realistic.
