What makes it great: I had to do some digging to get all the information on this listing. To see photos you have to follow the link in the listing. This place could function as a two bedroom but you will need to be close friends with your roommate. The loft area is really neat and could easily function as a second bedroom. The only problem is that it is open. If you value privacy, this place would function better as one bedroom plus den.
Why you should think twice: I have no idea how you would get furniture up into the loft area. That spiral staircase would be a moving nightmare.
