What makes it great: Where can I get that rug? This Petworth english basement is bold and wonderful. Aside from the living space, I really like the kitchen. I love the butcher block island that doubles as a dining area. There is a washer and dryer and a dishwasher. The Petworth metro is a bit of a walk but the bars, restaurants, and shops on Upsher are very close.
Why you should think twice: I think the entire apartment is tile, which wouldn’t be my first choice.
