What makes it great: Some new apartment buildings will try and squeeze two bedrooms into 700 square feet. You are more likely to find bigger apartments in older buildings. This two bedroom is a spacious 1000 square feet and comes with some bonus outdoor space. The floor plan is very conducive to roommates. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment and the bathroom is in the middle. If you really wanted to get crafty, you could probably convert the living room into a third bedroom and really save on rent.
