What makes it great: EBDC readership skyrocketed after my last tiny house find. I am happy to say that the trend is catching on. This latest tiny house in Petworth. It looks like the owner may have built this tiny house in his backyard. The pictures show that is is not quite done but I bet it is close now. The owner says the space is “very unusual by for the right person totally great.” Must love dogs!
Why you should think twice: A big reason why people are embracing the tiny house movement is because they want to live mortgage free. Paying rent kind of diminishes that perk. However, it would be fun to live here for a year and see if you could really do it.
