These two neighborhoods bleed together but each has their own unique vibe. The appeal of both of these neighborhoods is that they are extremely walkable, have good shops and restaurants, and metro access. Best of all you can usually find some pretty good deals. The one REALLY good deal is the one bedroom for $1209. It is so low though, that I would be weary of a scam. The Adams Morgan studio for $1555 has a huge kitchen. Lastly, the english basement on 13th has some nice bonus space.
