What makes it great: If you haven’t spent time in upper Northwest DC, I would encourage you to go check it out. It may not be surrounded by the hippest bars and restaurants but the neighborhoods lining the red line are solid. If you are looking for a little more peace and quiet but still want access to the city, consider this english basement. It has an awesome fireplace, good light, and nice hardwood floors. The little eat-in kitchen is also a nice bonus. All utilities and wi-fi included.
Why you should think twice: The walk is a little bit far to the metro but you could easily hop on the bus.
