What makes it great: I love pocket doors, especially in a small space. My guess is that this place was originally a large studio. To increase the value, the owner remodeled and built a sleeping area. You will notice though that the “bedroom” doesn’t have any windows. It looks like the only window is in the kitchen area. However, I do still think this is a neat space and worth a look. All utilities are included in rent. Pet friendly too!
Why you should think twice: Though nicely done, the layout is a little weird.
