What makes it great: These modern, industrial style apartments aren’t usually my style but if you are renting for a year, why not try it out? This apartment is very open. The kitchen and living area blend together and the bedroom is just beyond some frosted glass panels. It’s not very private but it certainly is cool. Garage parking included! Fingers crossed that fixture conveys.
