What makes it great: I always jump at the chance to share large studios. As some of you know, some studios can feel like shoeboxes. This studio is a nice 530 square feet. It has a separate dining space that can be used for meals or a home office. Also, there is pretty affordable parking available in an indoor or outdoor lot. I was in Woodley Park yesterday and was reminded of how much I like it. If you want a more peaceful neighborhood and bang for your buck, check this place out.
Why you should think twice: No pets and no sense of the view.
