What makes it great: I am finding scams left and right. It has been super discouraging. I was relieved to find this seemingly normal post about a renovated english basement in Columbia Heights/Park View. The apartment has a modern feel and features new flooring, new appliances, and exposed brick. For an english basement, there appears to be many windows and good recessed lighting. Best of all, the landlord is wrapping utilities into the rent price.
Why you should think twice: I would be curious to find out what the square footage is. Exact address not provided but the ad says its just a block off of Georgia Ave.
