What makes it great: I am usually not a fan of tile in an english basement. I think it makes it feel more like a basement than a traditional apartment. However, there are other features that make this place worth a look. The exposed brick is an obvious one. The apartment is also a sprawling 1200 square feet. If you factor in the rear BBQ area, it is even bigger. Invest in some rugs to warm this place up and you will be well on your way to a great apartment.
