What makes it great: I have seen this place pop up once before since starting EBDC. It is a cute “jr one bedroom” with some serious charm. The bedroom is an interior room with french doors and a transom to let light in. It could be claustrophobic but the space could be utilized for other things. It is just nice to have a separate area that can be closed off. Above all, it’s a great location.
Why you should think twice: The price is pretty low. Make sure you give this place a thorough inspection.
