What makes it great: First of all, I am experiencing a Craigslist glitch. The prices are disappearing when I open up the post. This place is, in fact, listed for $1695. Not sure if anyone else is having the same problem. Anyway, this is a pretty cool place. It has an awesome stone wall feature, dark hardwood floors, and a nice granite island. The apartment does come furnished but the current tenant is willing to sell it if you have your own stuff.
Why you should think twice: I wish the pictures were taken during the day so you could get a feel for the natural light.
