I was really excited to find this modern english basement in the heart of Petworth. Easy metro access, great finishes, and good price. I was less pleased when I found the same ad again. This time it was for $50 more but did include a parking space. It seems like the poster is trying to target two different audiences by have two separate ads and two separate open houses. I don’t know if this is reason to be considered or not. On one hand, you may think this guy is a shadester. I personally would appreciate transparency in this situation. On the other hand, he could be a super nice guy and just Craigslist rookie. I will say the floors look different in the ads. You be the judge.
