What makes it great: If you are familiar with the “junior one bedroom” concept than this should be fairly easy to wrap your head around. It seems like developers will do whatever they can to squeeze in an extra bedroom. I know I have been in one of these units before but I can’t quite remember the layout. Basically there is a little bedroom space sectioned off. It doesn’t legally qualify as a bedroom because it is an interior space– hence junior. If you are willing to live in small but modern space with a roommate, this could be a good option. It also seems like they have some rent specials going on.
Why you should think twice: The space is tiny and one roommate is going to get the short end of the stick.
