What makes it great: This listing borders on too good to be true. I think it is an awesome find but have some theories on why it is priced this way. The good news is that the house has been recently updated. The kitchen is great, there is a big washer and dryer, and the brick patio out back is perfection. This place is a real charmer. Here is the bad news…
Why you should think twice: I haven’t been in this place so I don’t know for sure, but these kinds of houses are much smaller than they appear. I would be on the lookout for a tiny second bedroom or both bedrooms may be tiny.
