What makes it great: This apartment is located in one of my favorite parts of Adams Morgan. It is tucked away near a park but you still have easy access to all the retail options on 18th and beyond. This studio appears to be well maintained and sunny. I am not a fan of murphy beds but I think the space is large enough to accommodate a more permanent bed if you so choose. Of course it also has a walk-in closet. Dog friendly.
Why you should think twice: No central air and a older kitchen.
