What makes it great: I have been very impressed with Buzzuto lately. They have taken on some cool projects and rents aren’t nearly as scary as I thought they would be. It is hard to tell if they are getting more affordable or if everyone else is just beginning to match their prices. This ultra cool space is in upper NW. I know what you are thinking. Upper NW seems to dominated by older buildings that lack the cool factor. For millennials, this building is likely a welcomed change. The bottom line is that you CAN afford a modern, spacious, cool space– you just need to rethink location.
