What makes it great: I stumbled upon this little house while searching for two bedrooms. What a deal! It looks like the third bedroom may be more of a closet but if you are on a budget, I bet you could make it work. The house has some sweet charm. I like the blue exterior with the little lemons. Inside there are hardwood floors and a fireplace. The ad says that the owner will accept pets and there is mention of a parking spot.
Why you should think twice: The house needs a little love. No central air.
