What makes it great: When I found this listing, I had so many questions. How is this place so cute and so affordable? How can I make sure an EBDC reader gets it? The space is classically beautiful and it doesn’t hurt that the current tenant has an eye for design. Can they just leave all their stuff please? There is a washer and dryer in the unit, some great outdoor space, and access to a pool! The “second bedroom” is a little tricky.
Why you should think twice: As you probably guessed, the second bedroom is more of a den. The current tenants have it set up that way and it’s super cute. You will have to check out this place yourself to see if it will work in a roommate situation.
