What makes it great: It is no secret that H Street is turning into quite the hot spot. REI just opened and everyone is anxiously waiting for Whole Foods. I spent a good amount of time in this area late last week that the change is very evident. Big apartment buildings are opening up and the rent prices are scary. If you are willing to walk a little to get to the heart of H Street, consider a place like this. It is far cheaper and bigger than the places you are going to see right on H Street. Just an idea.
Why you should think twice: Getting to the heart of H Street will require some walking but it may be worth it to save on rent.
