What makes it great: I really want to be right about this place. This is an AMAZING deal in Logan Circle. Of course I worry about this being a scam but based on the post, I think it might just be a hidden gem. Usually scammers don’t take the time to make up a whole story about moving to New York. The narrative and pictures make me think that two young professionally really do live here and just happened to stumble upon a fantastic deal. If this is real, I would go in and be prepared to offer more than they are asking.
