What makes it great: This isn’t the most glamorous place but it is a great deal, especially if you have a pet. I know not everyone loves a basement unit but if you have a pet, it does make life easier. If you are in a high rise with a dog, you know exactly what I am talking about. Imagine being able to get outside in just a few steps. I am also not a huge fan of tile but the apartment has been nicely updated. Check out the bathroom and the kitchen.
Why you should think twice: The closets metro is about a mile away.
