What makes it great: I wish more rentals were staged. I know it doesn’t make sense in DC’s fast paced market but it helps so much to visualize a space. I love how they have arranged this sweet little studio. It’s a little pricey for the size but the location is great. I have walked by this building a million times and have always wondered what it is like inside. The architecture doesn’t thrill me but the apartment is actually cute. Pet friendly and a gym.
Why you should think twice: Hopefully I am not too focused on the staging and this place really is worthwhile.
