I know this is a short week for most of you. If you are stressing about where to live post-Thanksgiving, I have two awesome options for you. The catch is that you need to come check them out today or tomorrow because, like you I am heading out of town on Wednesday. The details are below. Holler if you want to come by.
Creative Apartment for Two in Dupont: $2350
This apartment is not too good to be true. I know this because I rented it to two of the sweetest girls last year. Or maybe two years ago? I can’t remember. Anyway, you will see from the floor plan that you can convert the living room into a second bedroom. There is a sweet balcony, updated kitchen, and you can’t beat the location. The metro is just a block away. I also know that the landlord is a breeze to work with. The downside is that the apartment is by the front door, making it more noisy than others.
Exposed Brick and Fancy Kitchen in Columbia Heights: $3250
A friend of mine is listing this rental and I told her I would share it for a couple of reasons. The first being obviously the exposed brick. The second being the amazing kitchen. I am such a sucker for all white kitchens. If those two things weren’t enough, I fell in love with the back patio. It is freezing here today but in the spring, this place would be the ultimate hangout. If you are in a roommate situation, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it easy to share. Last but not least, how can you not fall for the residential street? All of this is only one block from the Columbia Heights metro.
If you are interested in either of these properties, shoot me a note.
