What makes it great: This listing is intriguing for several reasons. Obviously the first being that there are SIX potential bedrooms. I know you have been to group houses like this before– the kind where every door you open leads to someone’s bedroom. There are only four true bedrooms but the listing claims a den/study can function as one and maybe the basement is finished? This is one of those listings you are going to have to see in person. Other perks include that it’s close to the metro and seems to be in pretty good shape.
Why you should think twice: I cannot think of 5 other people that I like enough to live with but if you can, more power to you. The up side is that this house is affordable even if you split it 4 ways.
