What makes it great: We have all been told not to judge a book by its cover. In real estate this is hard because giving up curb appeal sucks. However, if you are renting, it doesn’t have to be perfect. This building is not my favorite from the exterior. I was pleasantly surprised to find an adorable apartment inside.
