What makes it great: You can’t get much more industrial than stained concrete floors. Now where is the exposed duct work? Not only do I think this is a cool look, I have to bring your attention to the square footage. 662 square feet is HUGE for a studio and easily rivals some one bedroom floor plans. I also love the floor plan. Having a little sleeping nock is huge and the fact that they carpeted the area makes it really stand out as a separate space. Other perks included a washer and dryer, walk in closest, and pet friendly.
Why you should think twice: This is one of those apartment buildings that changes it prices daily so don’t get tricked.
