For whatever reason, Shaw is ruling Craigslist today. It is insane how expensive the area has become but there are still some gems out there. At some of the newer buildings (Atlantic Plumbing, The Shay, etc.) you will pay an arm and a leg for a STUDIO. At least these are one bedroom options. There is one discrepancy. The same place is posted at two different price points. Unless there are two units available? Happy hunting.
