There are two kinds of people that move into studios. The first group is trying to save money and is willing to sacrifice space and modern amenities. The second group is also on a bit of budget but is willing to spend more for small, high-end space. I understand both mentalities. I personally would rather splurge on a super luxury small space than a larger fixer upper. Today I have studios that fit every budget and aesthetic. Happy hunting!
