What makes it great: I am not sure how many of you have heard about this yet but I feel like this latest apartment promo is everywhere. The Hendrix is a new community on H Street offering free trips to Cuba for leases signed in February. Pretty insane right? If you need a last minute Valentine’s Day gift and a new apartment, you are in luck. Besides the trip to Cuba, it looks like a pretty cool building. Another nice perk is that they have three bedroom floor plans. Those are tough to come by. Pet friendly.
Why you should think twice: They seem to really be pushing community at this building so might not be the best option if you are super private.
