The Fleetwood has two one bedroom units for only $1895. One is available now, the other is available mid-June. One even has a view of the National Cathedral. These spacious units have in-unit washer and dryers and some even have fireplaces. The kitchen is a bit outdated but you get a dishwasher so you can’t really complain.
Lastly, I should mention that The Fleetwood is pet friendly! This area is one of the best neighborhoods for dogs. Plenty of green space and pup neighbors!
