What makes it great: Isn’t it amazing what some paint and a few new fixtures can do to spruce up a space? I am really loving this sweet little kitchen with the bold light fixture. I know all you cooks out there are going to complain about counter space but invest in a movable island and get over it. This kitchen is too much fun to pass up. Speaking of space, there is a ton of closest space which is key for a studio. Overall the layout is great, there is a modern flair, and best of all, all utilities are included. Pool too!
Why you should think twice: 384 sq ft is small. Good thing tiny living is in.
