Why you may think twice: This may be a sublet situation – many of the buildings in this area are rentals only – and this post appears to be from an individual. No mention of monthly utilities – and this may come furnished. Worth checking up with the person ASAP if you’re interested!

This looks like a great place to get cozy – and ride out the DC winter! Basic utilities included in rent.
Why you may think twice: English basements tend to be dark and this unit is no exception. If the thought of dark winter days already make you cringe, you may want to find a new home on higher ground.
