This apartment is massive, as are its windows. The price may seem high, but for almost 1000 square feet and utilities included, it’s worth every dime.
$2550 / 2br – Two Bedroom in Adams Morgan! (1748 Columbia Road, NW)
Always dreamed of living in a loft-style apartment? Now’s your chance. This apartment conveniently located on Columbia Road in Adams Morgan, and if you haven’t been to ADMO lately, you must go and check out the new Line hotel (the lobby’s herringbone wood floors are drool-worthy).
$2500 / 1br – 750ft2 – Bright & sunny corner unit on top floor of boutique building in Shaw (Shaw)
Shout-out to the current tennants of this beautiful Shaw one bedroom for your tast in great rugs — I love a good jute area rug. The inside of this place is certainly pretty, but I’d be soo interested in seeing what that patio looks like (which apparently includes a fire pit).
$1222 / 1br – Sunny & Spacious 1Bed / 1Bath Condo in Dupont Circle! (Washington, DC)
This is the place I referenced earlier. It simply amazing. I really hope the price isn’t a typo, because a one bedroom in this part of Dupont Circle with details like a working wood fireplace and in-unit washer/dryer is never priced this low.
