Needing a good laugh? Check out this post for a house in Parkview. “If you have never heard of Midlands Beer Garden or Colony Club, STOP this 1,250sf row home may not be for you!” Hysterical. Because rentals are in such high demand in DC, it is easy for landlords to slack off when writing their posts. Most posts I see are the standard, “Two bedrooms, central air, w/d, showing this weekend, etc.” So this post was a very welcomed change of pace.
