Only three open houses on today’s list but there is something for everyone. Today I am featuring a one bedroom, two bedroom, and a three bedroom. See which one is just right for you. For more information on this weekend’s opens, shoot me a note at jamie@exposedbrickdc.com
Exposed Brick One Bedroom in Historic Cairo Building in Dupont: $415,000
You all know that this place would make my list for obvious reasons: all the exposed brick. What else I love about this unit is that it is in the historic Cairo building in Dupont. This building has a great rooftop with some of the best views in DC. The unit itself is small, only 558 square feet, but the big windows and natural light will make it feel much larger. The kitchen and bath are nicely updated.
Spacious and Renovated Three Bedroom in Brookland: $499,900
I featured another unit in this building a few weeks ago. If you want a more expensive unit upstairs, let me know but this seems just as nice for a better price. What is most compelling about this unit is price per square foot. A three bedroom for under $500k is a dream come true. The downside is that the lower level is below grade. There is always a catch. Parking available if you need it.
The Sweetest Two Bedroom Rowhouse near H Street: $594,900
Another small but mighty pick. This tiny rowhouse (768 square feet) is in Florida Ave, steps from hip H Street. What the house lacks in interior space, it makes up in killer outdoor space. There is even a large shed if you need extra storage space. Inside is charming but kitchen needs some love and only one bathroom.
